DoorDash introduced an express grocery delivery service with Albertsons, the second-largest supermarket chain in North America. To celebrate their partnership launch, DoorDash and Albertsons offered a digital, web-based gaming experience titled, “In the Bag”. In this Tetris®-like retro-inspired video game, users had to bag as many items as possible inside their Albertsons digital grocery paper bag before running out of space, with the goal of receiving up to a $5,000 credit toward purchases on DoorDash. We worked with Tool of North America to conceptualize, design, and illustrate the UI and elements of the “In the Bag” game.
